The train would be hired by a nightclub or rave organisation, and would be
promoted as a 'tour' or 'outing' to Melbourne's Dome nightclub. Melbourne
regular rave organisers 'Monkey' often run events at Sydney's Home
nightclub, offering special air fare deals from Melbourne for the weekend.
These companies/organisations have plenty of money, as they charge huge $
amounts to get in to their events!
The Dome finishes at 6 am on Sunday mornings, (but sometimes runs until
7:30am). This could be the source of confusion on the train's Sunday
morning departure time, now scheduled for 10am? Is the train shunted to
Dynon overnight, or left at Spencer St? Passengers will be transported
from the Dome to SSS by bus, presumably they will arrive at SSS a few
hours before the train departs.
