I know its not really Ausloco, but I detect a bit of anti ARTC bias in
Darren's postings. Is it the responsibility of ARTC to provide ASW units -
surely it is the responsibility of the organisers or whoever is servicing
the motive power  is to ensure that they are available well before the event.

And just WHO was responsible for not fuelling the locomotives, I think we
should be told - certainly wasn't ARTC.
