Aus loco discussion mailing list
Tonight 23.12.99
G515 in Fv colours, but no wings and the paint so fresh you could
smell it across 3 tracks departed Tottenham Yard with X51 also in Fv
colours on 9141 to Geelong.
Is this the first mainline MUing of FV locos? Photos tomorrow.
Also X41+X54 both elephant-style departed Tottenham Yard eastbound
with a long rake of containers.
Also noted T390 in FV green but no wings at Dynon yesterday.
Marinus must have been given a *VERY* big tin of green paint as an
early Christmas present.
How long till this mailing list starts reporting the last few V/Line
painted locos and we all go chasing them across the landscape <vbg!>?
Happy Christmas all.
Regards
Yuri
