QR 1270-1281 had EE525 traction motors and were rated at 1035kW (1388hp).

QR 1282-1299 has EE548 traction motors and were rated at 1073kW (1440 hp for
traction).

See official diagrams in the Rod Milne article Sept 1993 Bulletin

1294-1299 inclusive were fitted with dynamic brakes and can be identified by
the extra fan at top rear of the hood on the drivers side.

1300s, 2350s, 2370s, Zs and ZAs are all equipped with dynamic brakes.
