[Ausloco] The Cairns-Carinda Bash!

Hi everyone,
             Another day in the Cairns sunshine. 

  The day started with a visit to Mulgrave Mill where 3, 4, 9, 14 and 6 were noted in the loco shed. Also seen was the cab of 15 (anyone know where the rest of this loco is?)
  There was also an unusual small box shaped shunter at the mill.

          chased to Woree

  A visit to Portsmith depot at 13.30
saw
2815, 2843, 1753, 2159, 1775, 1735, 1745, 1752, 1748 (blue, returned from Mareeba), 1761, C17 988.
Plus Savanalander railcars 2026 + 2028 and 2053.

       beautiful spot for pics
       chased to Portsmith

       Discovered great new lighting
       idea for night photography :)

  A terrfic day, with 3 and a half rolls spent in some of the most spectacular scenery I have seen for ages.

  A big thanks to Rob Stanier for showing me heaps of great Queensland hospitality. Without his expert guidance, i probably would have only used one roll.
  Thanks Rod, I will definitly take up the returning offer ASAP.
