[Ausloco] L class

WRT the ex WestRail 'L' class locos (and apologies if this is repeat subject
..new back here!!)  what work is being carried out as any form of
refurbishment/rebuild.....are they to be brought up to dash 3 specs..or simple
gloss over..trumped up electrics.(not traction control)???
