[Ausloco] 9461 Empty Paper train

I don't often get to report sightings but today I saw 9461 Maryvale empty
paper train pass through Richmond at 1440 with A77 (FA) + H2 (VL) + P23
(VL) + X50 (FA) and 18 wagons (11 wagons had empty containers).

I assume the H and P will be added to the up log train at Morwell.
