[Ausloco] Canberra Oil 6/5/00

Hello,

Was informed at lunch that 2138 Empty Canberra Oil was being stowed at 
Goulburn.

It arrived at 12-30pm and was led by the unusual combo of 80/81.

This means that it had departed Canberra on a very early table. Normally it 
is now not leaving Queanbeyan until around 2-00pm.

I guess that with the trackwork further north that it may remain stabled 
until tomorrow evening.
