[Ausloco] 422 rebuilds

Has anybody actually confirmed that the rebuilds will go ahead?

I'd be interested to know in which order they are sent over. 42214 is the
best of the stored units.

I'm assuming the motive is the frame fatigue problems in the 80s, and the
lack of Alco spares. There's no shortage of 645E spares, and Clyde recently
made some new 567C parts for WCR.
