Although it says "extra colour" this is quite natural and not super
saturated. Grain is very fine.

contrasty scenes well. Also handles the new liveries excellently. Like the
amateur version does not over saturate. Very fine grain. The only drawback
is the higher cost of the film.

Interesting comments. I, too, have been testing various films looking for an
alternative to the trusty Kodachrome 64 which looks like it won't be around
forever.
I have tested Ektachrome VS (VS=Vivid saturation) Pro film and found the
color to be completely over the top as it was too saturated. The greens, in
particular, were completely too rich. I agree with Peter that it is very sharp.
The other film I have tried is Fuji Provia F which is also an ISO 100 film.
I'm very happy with the results. It is very, very sharp and I feel the
colors are much "truer"...perhaps more muted and "Kodachrome"-like. I will
use this film from time to time and it may be that it will be the film I use
when Kodachrome is phased out. I rated it at 100 which seemed right, unlike
previous versions of Provia (and Sensia) which were better rated at 80.
As Peter said, it all boils down to personal taste in the end.
Any comments appreciated (off-list)
Cheers
