Gentlemen,

Well it now looks like I'll have to try and find my pic of T413 (1st) at
Newport. As there are a great many negs and slides to go through including a
huge stack of half frame B&Ws, this could take a little time. I don't know how
to confirm how long they carried T class plates, i.e. 413 and possibly 414, but
a contemporary railfan mags may be able to help, perhaps someone who has a set
could read say Divisional Digest (I think it was still called that then) and
look for sightings. The Rolling Stock register, as quoted by Stephen Molloy,
would be expected to state the ultimate status of the numbering and not the very
temporary situation.

And could I also put in a request for all messages to be HTML free, please.
Makes it so much easier to reply to.
