 I have been working for LVRF casually lately. the wagons are leased from Austrac
to help alleviate a shortage of wagons to meet LVRF's daily traffic requirements.
LVRF currently have 58 container wagons at their disposal, several ex AN AOGL,
AOGF semi open wagons, several NQJX  RSA owned lease wagons, some from Austrac and
a couple from Victoria.
