[Ausloco] 4000 Class

Hi,

QR ran another push-pull empty coal train today from Callemondah to Bluff.
9M15/16 (number changes at Rocklands) ran with 4003+4002 up front and 4008
at the rear.  It was stowed in Bluff yard at about noon.  The locos then
detached and ran back to Callemondah as LD15/16.
