[Ausloco] Canyan Colliery, Blue Mountains
To all
After chasing 3801 and 3830 from Sydney to Clarence Colliery on Sunday, I
noticed an old disused siding between Bell and Mt Victoria. From reading
the old signs near the road entrance I found it was called Canyan Colliery.
Does anyone know when the last train left this colliery and which locos
would have been hauling it. The siding does still have overhead wires, but
whether or not they function is another thing.
Regards
Nick Griffin
