Re: [Ausloco] 830, AN and CK questions!!!
Brad, and others,
Not sure if there are all that many of the 830's in storage at the moment,
think they're all working or shipped out to other venues, may'be Justin
Cheary can clarify........
CK's, CK3 went to PA about 2 or 3 weeks ago, then across the Whyalla on
narrow gauge bogies to join CK1 hauling the ore trains from Whyalla to
and from either Iron Duke or Baron, believe the Knob is closed, or almost.
Ck2, AFAIK is stored in the south yard, Dry Creek, sitting all
very forlorn and alone. 4 & 5 are, AFAIK still on broad gauge and work
the stonie to/from Penrice, as required, for the moment DA's and 706 are the
norm combo for this working. Mind you 706 worked a b/g grainy to
Tarlee on Sunday 2nd Inst. Yup, so that would make if 4 CK's either
"in traffic" or available. CK4 doesn't have the white roof like the others.
Trust this is of assistance,
Ciao for now,
GOB
