Having talked to the LVRF people, it is apparent that there are some problems loading the logs at Wang - basically, it takes a lot longer than it should!   The result is
that the departure time is laid back and laid back - with the result that the train to Port Kembla has been caught by the am curfew and held in Clyde Yards.   This has
meant that the trip down the South Coast has been mid-morning, rather than pre-dawn!

Unfortunately, no one has told me until well after the event that the train has been held over in Clyde Yards, meaning that I have missed the coverage on the Illawarra!
