Has Freight Victoria stopped using Geelong loco?
Today the only loco there was stored Y121. Nth Geelong yard had several locos
stabled.
Today I heard two rumours. One is that the
Overland will finish up next month and the other is that Austrac will once again
stop running into Melbourne. Can anyone confirm this.
Today (Sat 29/1), the Maryvale paper train had
green A81 leading another A. Both A's should return tomorrow, again with the
paper train. It arrives at Nth Melbourne around 19.00 before doing its shunt to
Nth Dynon and the NRC terminal.
