I can confirm that WL31 departed Sydney Central platform 2 on time with
42220 leading 42203.   Load was PHA, RDH & NDS.   Both units were powering
as the train departed Sydney Terminal.

IF the train runs through to Broken Hill with the 422s, where and how will
they be refuelled, as I understand that they cannot do the round trip on
one tank of juice.
