8212 on way to melb?

Evening all,
8212 just headed south thru Bargo @ 1809 on 3SM2.
Could this be the start of thru running of 82 class into Melbourne as I 
predicted last week?
Still waiting on confirmation from my source as to definition of "satellite 
navigational system".
Would be interested in reports as to whether 8212 made it all the way solo 
or whether loco swap occurred enroute.
