80/48 in South

A friend has advised that he saw an 80/48 combination on what he described as a
bulk fuel train, heading south at Harden on Thursday morning.  He stated that
later in the day he saw a similar train (but no locomotives) sitting in Junee
yard.

Any information would be appreciated ??
Is this a regular occurrence ??
