A little off topic, but just to confuse everyone, the rule is:

if the year is evenly divisible by 4 (1.e., 4,8,12,etc), it is a leap
year, i.e., with a 29th February.
EXCEPT: if it's a century year, i.e. 1700,1800,1900 - these do not have
a 29th Feb.
EXCEPTION 2: if the century part is evenly divisible by 4, i.e. 12 in
1200,16 in 1600, then it DOES have a Feb 29.  Hence year 2000 does.
