Re: G522+EL51



Aus loco discussion mailing list

Just wondering if anyone has talked to crews regarding there preference to
which loco they drive from.
It seems they prefer (or is it a qualification issue) to drive from the G
class rather than the X class on the logs even though it means more shunting
at Queenbeyan. I would assume the EL would lead the G from Queenbeyan
tonight  as it would mean less shunting, but they normally drive from the G.
Is an EL preferred over a G ?
