Evening all,
managed to get on at a reasonable time for a change.
Saw EL62, EL58, EL 51 (all green) and EL52 (CFCLA) ex 3MS7 all stabled near 
each other at Cooks River at 12.15 today.
Not to be outdone by this, saw 4899/4859/48124/48154 in classic 2 pairs 
back-to-back on an empty container train in Botany yards at 16.32 this 
afternoon.
Double 48s at Botany are reasonably common, triples less common, but a quad 
on a container train is most rare indeed.
To make lash-up even more symetrical, front & rear units were both air 
conditioned.
Mmmmmm, Alcos....
