Can anyone clarify just which units are to become PL3 and PL4? Ivar
reported 4868 and 4871 previously however 4871 is already PL2. Motive Power
has published conflicting info (4868/4870 in Oct/Nov issue) and (4868/4869
in the current issue). It would appear 4868 is looking good but which is
the second unit?
