Stuart,

With what regularity do you expect repeat performances of Wednesday's train 
to occur?

Would it be more manageable instead to re-introduce the daily service (week 
days) that Austrac/ V/Line originally had?

I bet CFCLA wish they had more than thirteen EL class to lease!
