Todays (Thursday) 5WS2 will be worked ex Dunmore by
8117 (nrc) + 8107 (blue) departing after lunch.
This is third attempt to lift this train, due to
industrial action last week and a shortage of crushed metal yesterday. 3
times the locos have returned to Pt Kembla empty handed in the last week. May
run either Fri or Sat to stow the empties in Dunmore Quarry.
On another note I have heard that 1972 to Nowra Mon
+ Thursdays will be reverting to a early morning arrival (3am) in Nowra and an
Up departure of 9171 approx (1030am) from Nowra. Stay tuned.
