Re: 38 class to Victoria

I do agree on James' view about the 38 class. There were only about half a 
dozen streamlined 38s and I have only ever seen them. Besdies, why should it 
take 2 38 class locos to do these sort of trips? Doesn't just one have 
suffiecient tractive power?
