Of course you only have anything to worry about if you use 
Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express for you e-mail.  Stay 
away from those and you are perfectly safe.  Pegasus for 
example, reports that there is some kind of binary part to the 
message but doesn't recognise and safely ignores it.
