I wrote the loco numbers for PW4, PS6 and NY3 down
on a piece of paper and I am not sure if I have the right loco combo's on these
trains. Perhaps some one who saw these could advise.
ALL the limestone trains have been cancelled due
to an industrial dispute at the South Marulan Quarry where all the
limestone comes from for the Steel Works and, Berrima and Maldon Cement
works.
There on strike till Thursday night at the
earliest. This comes after an industrial dispute at the Cement works at
Berrima and Maldon on Monday afternoon which also stopped all limestone trains
from running. The workers at Berrima were having a meeting this afternoon to
determine if they are going out on strike again! as well.
So things are looking pretty quiet for Freightcorp
Moss Vale crews at the moment, as they only do the limestone work except for an
occasional run on the mainline to retain road knowledge.
