>From the most recent TT published (as distinct from any circulars that I'm not
privy to) the schedules are as follows:

0507 LE Sunday Dynon dep 1700, Brooklyn arr 1735 runs via pass lines to
Sunshine.
9319 Brooklyn dep 1825 M-Th 1830 Sun, Bms pass 1904 & 1909, KE arr 2005 and form
9320.
9320 KE dep 2200, Bms 2258, West Tower arr 2325 Sun-Th, dep 0448 M-F, Westall
arr 0539 and form 9317.
9317 Westall dep 0850 M-F, West Tower arr 0937 dep 1038 change crew, Bms 1057
(via goods lines) KE arr 1150.
9318 KE dep 1335 M-F, Bms 1427 via goods lines, Brooklyn arr 1500 and form 9319
M-Th or 0508 Fri.
0508 LE Friday Brooklyn dep 1840, runs via Sunshine again, Dynon arr 1925.

There may be other crew change stops but they appear not to be mentioned in the
WTT thus probably occur at Brooklyn. This TT may be a bit varied time wise
nowadays but I suggest is still fairly close to actual. It would also appear
that if the Friday night operation of 9319 occurs then the return train would
terminate at West Tower on Sat (having gone to Westall and return as arranged?)
It would certainly be in the correct spot for the next week of running except
that on Sun evening it would commence from West Tower rather than Brooklyn.

The WTT is not forthcoming as regards the mini APEX and perhaps someone with
further knowledge might post some times.
