Saw what appeared to be an A class (I am on 15th floor 600m from Flinders
St Viaduct so can't make out letters or numbers) with 13 hopper type wagons
loaded with what appeared to be gravel? heading towards Richmond at ~ 9.00
AM.  Neither the A class nor the 13 wagons were in Green - the wagons with
lots of grafitti.

Returned empty at 12.30 heading towards North Melbourne.  Anyone know where
it went?

Being a Sydney - sider temporarily in Vic for a while, I am still learning
the Vic jargon ...

Hi All,

An unknown orange A class was seen at about 8:40am around Strathmore on the
up on the Broadmeadows suburban line, hauling a baby-apex train. Does
anyone know why this was routed down that line today?

(Sorry I couldn't post earlier, for all the photographers)

Also, this morning's XPT leaving Melbourne had XP2001 ("safety vest on
wheels") leading.
