White Bay - St Marys sandstone trains, 1/4

I was out at St Marys on Saturday and saw 8011/8033 working an mt sandstone 
train back to White Bay. Departure at the siding just past St Marys station 
was 10.45am.

Later in the day at Rozelle 8047/8017 worked a full sandstone train through 
the yard and on to St Marys. Departure was 4.45pm.

Does anyone know the timetable these trains work to? I seem to remember from 
previous postings a regular departure at around 7pm on M,W,F from White Bay, 
however I have not noted other regular workings. Any help would be much 
appreciated.
