The 82 class was built by Clyde Engineering at Braemar. It has a GM 3000HP engine

8206, 8250, 8208 & 8211 lead an empty coal train through Enfield on August 2nd, 2002.

8173 and 8258 lead NR57 back to Port Kembla at Mt Murray following the Robertson Accident on May 19th, 1998. Taken on May 20th, 1998.

8220 leads SL74, an ARHS ACT dinner dance train to Tarago through Fyshwick on December 12th, 1997.

8211, 8232 & 8237 lead 4PN2 down the 1 in 30 grade through Dombarton on July 7th, 1996.

8254, 8253 & 8167 cross the Hawkesbury River Bridge on August 17th, 1997.

8244 crosses onto the main line at Stratford Junction with a spectacular rainbow in the background. June 7th, 1997.

8209 & 8219 pass the old loading crane in Singleton yard on June 8th, 1997.

8224 leads NR7 and 8046 on 1BS2 into Dungog on May 25th, 1997

8231 leads 8015 on 1SB7 out of Dungog on May 25th, 1997

8258 leads 8257, 8107, 8037, 8617, 8025 and 8015 on CB15 Charbon Coal Train through Westmead on February 16th, 1997

Two NRs lead 8236 across Meadowbank Bridge on February 12th, 1997.

8225 leads another 82 on 7MB7 across Meadowbank Bridge on February 9th, 1997
