WCR (Vic) l.e. and empty car moves 12/10

WCR light engines and empty cars to run Wed 13/10 as follows:

S302 light engine Melb-Ballarat, 0900 ex-MSS, Deer Park West 0929 x
8124, Melton x 8126, 8128, 8107 (that doesn't seem right, but it's what
the report says...), Bacchus Marsh 10:30-48 (I suspect at least one of
those crosses is at the Marsh), Ballarat 1123.

B61-BS207-BRS222 empty cars, 1240ex-BXT, Bungaree 1255 x 8113, Bacchus
Marsh 1334, Melton 1348, Sunshine 1410, Mel 1430.  Detach BS207 and
BRS222.  Proceed light engine to Newport as follows Mel dep 1452,
Footscrap 1505, Newport (707 Depot) 1520, attach BK700 and BK711, dep
Newport 1542, Footscray 1601, arr Mel 1615.
