Well Freight Victoria has finally started at 0001 on Saturday 1/5/99.

I was on duty on the Goulburn Valley and Sth West Train Control Boards,
and issued the first Train Order for the Goulburn Valley to 9351 to
travel from Seymour to Shepparton at 0250 am
