Austrac loco at St Peters

Austrac loco 1873 (or possibly 1803) ran light on the down Illawarra
at St Peters at 1103 today (Thursday).

I presume this is one of the Western Australian locos which they have
rapidly repainted into Austrac colours (actually it is labelled
"Austrac Operations").

What was it doing there? Had it been to Eveleigh for the 3801 people
to work on it?
