G'day,

A few people asked "Where North Shore Loop?", I was referring to the
sharply curved line between North Geelong 'A' and North Geelong 'C' box.

It is right next to the standard guage line - it's points are in the
west BG line, on the up side of North Geelong 'A' box, it parallels the
standard guage under the Princes Freeway overpass, goes past North
Geelong 'C' (now heading north-west), and a short distance past North
Geelong 'C' the lines merge to form dual-guage North Geelong 'C' to
Gheringhap.

The 80km/h restriction I believe was actually on the BZ. It suffered a
hotbox and has been in the pass yard since. It's had a short-term
replacement axle fitted at CMD and will be bogie-exchanged with the
bogies from under one of the ex-Overland cars.

Another suggestion was that we try to put some fare-paying passengers
on. You could probably get a few gunzels - not sure how many given that
it's mid-week, and you'd need to get a Conductor - not that there
wouldn't be anyone interested in doing that :)

Cheers,
CH.
