H4 was sitting in the dirt at Geelong Loco on Thursday at approx
12:50pm. Didn't get much of a look (on a passing pass), it appeared the
no. 2 axle had come off on the points leading to the fuel point. The
loco's short end was facing Melbourne, it was coupled to X52 (facing the
fuel point).
