a sighting along a slightly different line of thought today.....nothing
special to do with rolling stock or operations, rather that of train
crewing, as today (Wed 10/6) 8217/46 from GEX-WMB-GEX had a hybrid crew
of one VLP driver, and one VLF driver. This is something I've not seen
before, although I've once "post-split" had a 2 VLF crew drive my train
(oddly enough, the same VLF bloke who was on today, with the same loco
and load).
