This morning I was driving across the Sydney Harbour Bridge and I passed a
train of flat wagons being propelled wrong road by 4827 (DEMC shunter) and
48157. I was surprised to see 4827 as I have never seen it away from
Chullora. Is there a motive power shortage again or is RSA hiring a cheap
loco?
