seems the overhead lost power from Jolimont-West Richmond, no sparks
running, passengers advised to take route 86 (Bundoora RMIT) tram to
Clifton Hill (which took 45 mins from Spencer St!!), then spark beyond.
My journey home was about 1 hour longer than usual. At Clifton Hill,
Hurstbridge line sparks used plat 1, Epping line used plat 2.
