[Vic] R711 test runs monday

Scheduled for Monday afternoon
R711-BK711, BRS225, BS201, BRS221, BS212 (empty cars), 1225 ex-MEL,
arrive GEX 1330 (they'll be earlier than that though if they get a clear
run), turn loco, depart 1440 (will try to go before this though to be
ahead of 8232), arrive MEL 1555.

Oh and during seniors week (after much wrangling), if all goes well
trains will have S302+S311 on one set, and B61+B76 on the other.  On
Sunday night, 8237 is rostered for an S+T369 (to place the T at
Warrnambool to be spare if required).  Monday night's 8237 will be
double headed on a big train (positioning cars for Tuesday morning's
8220 with free travel for seniors).
