Dear Premier,

I am writing to express my concern about the rumours of Countrylink service cuts. I have used the Melbourne service many times and I am particularly worried by the rumours that it will be reduced to one service per day or withdrawn completely.

I do not enjoy flying or spending 12 hours in a bus, so the train is my preferred method of travelling to Sydney. I ask for your assurance that Countrylink service to Melbourne will at least be retained at the current level, if not improved.
