1460 Class - Diesel Electric

<-BACK
The 1460 class spent most of their time on freight services in the south-eastern area of Queensland, being based in Brisbane, as well as as on the North Coast line. Some were also used to haul phosphate from the Phosphate Hill mine. Many were recently sold to New Zealand (with seven so far continuing on to ATN as the 2000 class), while a couple of others went to South Africa.
