Victorian Country
(V/line) services are operated by National Express, a private operator
who is contracted to run the service on behalf of the government.
The service to Shepparton was leased to a private operator at a much
earlier stage, and is operated by Hoy's Buslines of Shepparton, however
they only staff the train, whilst the driver, and train are provided by
V/line.
