[MELB] Radio on Rails Fun Day October 10

Rail buffs who are also radio amateurs or scanner enthusiasts are 
invited to take part in the second Radio on Rails Fun Day to be held
on Sunday October 10. 

The aim of the event is to promote amateur radio activity from trains 
and trams around Melbourne. Separate sections exist for transmitting and 
receiving only participants.  There are also separate sections for 
train/tram mobile and stay-at-home entrants. 

Radio on Rails runs from 9am to 1pm.  A lunch may be held in the 
city after the event - details to be worked out on the day. The 
rules are similar to the last successful event, except this time 
the UHF seventy centimetre band (420 - 450 MHz) will also be used.

Participation from all radio amateurs and scanner users would be
