The plans are to just improve the tracks to allow 160kph running for trains.
The current ones aren't that fast (Sprinters - 130kph and long Pass trains
115) but as part of privatisation, the new trains that the companies will
buy are capable of 160 even though there was no plan to upgrade the tracks
to that speed.
