Victorian Railways mapping resource

Have a look at...

http://maps.ogdc.vic.gov.au/engine/sdmb/plain_sdmbc.main_page

This is a State Government site holding details of all land parcels &
properties in Victoria.

You can pan and zoom to any part of the state down to a scale of 1:1

The fascinating thing is that most railways that have ever existed in
Victoria can still be located on the maps. Long closed and obscure
railways such as Penshurst-Dunkeld, the Warranwood tramway and the
Northcote quarry siding can still be seen.
