A bonus for ontime running!

Lets see, if I go into a Coles and ask the girl at the deli for 500g of ham and
she actually gives me 500g of ham should she get a bonus too for simply doing
her job?

Likewise at a pub, if I order two pots of Carlton and a pot of Tooheys Old (for
Bob) and the barman actually completes my order acurately should he get a
bonus?

Strange daze!
