W's run routes 8&16 out of Malvern (the often swap routes at Melb Uni. 
ie an 8 becomes a 16 and a 16 becomes an 8.)

W's also run routes 12&city circle out of Southbank depot.

That is all the routes they run now, so no they no longer run 69.
